We've finally got our first beta up and all beta users emailed with the details - we did have beta.tutorom.com as a link, but we've gone ahead and made the actual site live at www.tutorom.com.
We've put in the VTC computer tutorials, playable for free up to the third chapter as on the main vtc.com site, and then after that it will ask for your VTC credentials which it will then remember for future. In a few days we shall make it possible to make up your own courses using the VTC movies, so you can mix and match lessons with your own content as well.
Again within a few days we will load up the school educational content we have created so far, and we have a team of about 30 people creating more.
We have a lot more features we will be adding in the near future, including development of a flash based lesson creator. For those familiar with Scrum, our first 2 weekly Sprint is starting next Tuesday. We are planning on having new features released every 2 or 3 weeks. I'll probably talk about our experiences with Scrum in later postings.

Hi Mark,
beta's looking good, although I've found a small bug. If you create a course and include a backslash in the title, the link will not work when a user tries to view this course. No biggie - I just replaced my / with an & :)
Whoops - I meant to say forward slash ;) I see that's working now anyway. Next one - when I compose a message, I can't seem to enter a recipient. I want to message another member, but when I enter their user name, nothing happens. It just always says 'No Record'
Is there a better place to report bugs?
well i register in tutorom but is a little confusing becuse i espected to be a web page whit intsructive text but all i can find i the web is video tutorials that in some cases dont seem to work i think maybe you need to explain that in the home page so user know how is the way of the turials posted in the web
good luck whit the web
by the way i use linux and i dident have the mplayer plugin instaled so maybe a quick show how use the page can be helpfull
again good luck bye
